Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused
- In its original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Include proof of purchase
Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized products
- Perishable goods
- Hygiene products after opening
- Digital products

We'll provide a replacement or refund.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Processing times:
- Inspection: 2-5 business days
- Bank processing: 5-10 business days
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
